Our Aim is to provide a relaxed, stress free environment for your pets. We want them to feel happy and secure so that they can be groomed and pampered on a regular basis. We want you to have the utmost confidence in our care for your pet.

The Appointment We will take some basic information from you at the time that you make your appointment. This will help us to gauge the amount of time we might need to spend with your pet. At your initial appointment, we will greet you and your pet in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We will discuss your pet's grooming needs with you in detail and will make suggestions as to the best way to proceed. We will then be able to confirm the price and arrange a pick-up time. We will also need to ask the following questions: your contact information your pet's history, including health and behaviour information If your pet needs to be muzzled, please advise us when you make your appointment and be sure to bring the muzzle with you.

How Long Does Grooming Take? This depends on the individual pet. Coat condition, age, temperament, breed and style are all contributing factors. Please let us know in good time if you have a special occasion planned and your pet needs to look his best!

Prices All our prices are based on your pet's coat being in excellent condition and groomed every 6 to 8 weeks. Additional fees would apply to matted dogs or dogs that are difficult to handle. Please contact us for a quote tailor made for your pet.
